The event will focus on Saturday 22 May, when we will not only visit the city but we'll take you to a location that will allow us to set up different taste laboratories within which we will learn the secrets and culinary traditions of southern Italy, such as the dough and forming the famous Bread of Matera, the orecchiette, cavatelli, we'll live the best of traditional cheese from Puglia, a pastry chef will show us how to prepare the famous dolcemandorla ... The novelty is that you will not be merely passive spectators, but will be given the opportunity to participate actively after witnessing demonstrations (what I have called the "taste workshops ") by highly skilled professionals.
