"Well, I swear to choose the name of the initiative which was quite complicated, because we wanted a name which combined the idea of \u200b\u200bthe network and the culinary arts. Then I thought, why not to overturn the name of social-network adapting it to the world's most famous centerpiece of the initiative, namely the food and wine?

The idea was there, as well, missing only one person to help me organize everything.

shortly publish the program : I only say that the event will include the (hopefully sunny!) weekends from May 21 to 23 and, as already mentioned, will take place here in Matera, in the picturesque scenery of the famous "Sassi" UNESCO World Heritage Site. The event will focus on Saturday 22 May, when we will not only visit the city but we'll take you to a location that will allow us to set up different taste laboratories within which we will learn the secrets and culinary traditions of southern Italy, such as the dough and forming the famous Bread of Matera, the orecchiette, cavatelli, we'll live the best of traditional cheese from Puglia, a pastry chef will show us how to prepare the famous dolcemandorla ... The novelty is that you will not be merely passive spectators, but will be given the opportunity to participate actively after witnessing demonstrations (what I have called the "taste workshops ") by highly skilled professionals.
