Furastér: Buzz Aldrin - Ep (Secret Furry Hole - 2009)

We have just recovered a cd (as they were called by our ancestors media music) escaped the great catastrophe. Just a few years before the cataclysm we forced it to float in space in search of another planet, in what was called Italy which was produced this work. Little is known on the music they listened to our ancestors, we recovered only one that Ligabue, a singer named Alex is a band called Albano and Romina. From these works showed a laughing Italy full of desire to have fun and homemade feelings of love, or at least until 2009 because the music of Buzz Aldrin makes us suppose that something terrible must have happened in the world. Perhaps an omen of the end that would come.
From what we know music is polyphonic in these songs for centuries but is instead reduced to the lament of a single note that lasts for the length of each piece. The beats are monotonous, obsessive like an assembly line, such as printers in an office working without interruption, as the ringing call of a call center. They are a chorus of noise in the loop that threaten to continue indefinitely. We can assume that the first two thousand years of were dark years, perhaps a great dictator ruled the country by imposing its ants to work, perhaps the city were degraded and dangerous. We imagine Bologna, the city group, like a dark city where the sun does not shine for years. Imagine it inhabited by strange beings alienated tribes who gather in order to survive the Great Depression of the year two thousand. They work and struggle for the dictator as they sing songs like those of the American plantations, but translated to the metropolis of the third millennium. The drums sound like hymns as the insane tribal rhythm of the city traffic. Maybe they are not songs, but rituals to invoke the return of the Sun but the Sun, this CD does not appear even a second. This music is only darkness, asphalt and steel.
We have recovered two more CDs that we think alike and obscure as those of Buzz, the case of such Suicide and Joy Division. The poetry is similar: a single note obsessive, repetitive rhythm that has no end and the illness of a voice that seems to be one step away from obscurity. This is the music of the Apocalypse, is the music of a nation that no longer exists.
