Yesterday in Rome was made the guide Foodies made by the Gambero Rosso. The guide contained all the places to measure foodies, that's enogastroappassionati of the third millennium, where the food is authentic passion. Foodies intended as a guide in their own image and likeness, which selects the best on the market in terms of products, wines, gourmet shops, bars, restaurants, wine bars, wine bars. Places behind which there are people who have made the food and wine, their only passion and have the pleasure to transmit to others.
The guide does not give preference votes, but selected strictly leaving the premises, according to the canons foodies, about 1,000 addresses from Piedmont to Sicily.
